Returns
Our policy allows returns for store credit only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds to your bank account will only be issued in cases where the return is due to an error on our part, such as:
- Receiving a damaged or defective item
- Receiving the wrong item
- Significant inaccuracies in product description
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, you will receive store credit for the purchase price of the returned item.
Bank Account Refunds
If the return is due to an error on our part, and you are eligible for a bank account refund, we will process the refund to your bank account within 4-5 days after approval. This process may take a certain amount of days depending on your bank’s policies.
