Shipped using DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
Customs and Import Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT, which vary by country and are not included in the product price.

We do not offer returns. Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

Damaged or Wrong Product Received:
- Provide an unboxing video for damaged products.
- Share pictures for wrong products or incorrect sizes (include size tag picture).
Fitting Issues:
- If the product does not match the size chart:
  - Share a photo measuring the product with a tape measure.
  - If proven correct, we will issue a free return label.
- If the size chart is accurate, customers must return the product at their own expense to our US return center.
- Once the return is received, we will offer:
  - Store credit for future purchases.

Refunds are issued only as store credit under the following terms:

Store Credit:
- Valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- Cannot be renewed if unused after 1 year.
- Equal to the full product price (shipping and payment processing fees deducted).
- Refund Processing time is 7-8 business days
Payment Processing Fee:
- 6% of the order value or $5 USD minimum, deducted from the refund.

Cancellations accepted within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Refunds for cancellations will be issued as store credit.
Cancellations after 2 hours are not accepted, but size changes may be accommodated if the product has not been shipped.
